Service was pleasant and our order came out quite quickly despite the restaurant was 80% full. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we ordered and price was reasonable. Will be back again.
Dont know why this hidden gem has not blown up in social yet as one of the best Chinese food in ipoh. All 3 dishes we ordered we mind blowing. The claypot vege and asam fish was out of this world! 10/10!!!! Price were very reasonable too. 1 steam egg, 1 vege, 1 pork and 1 fish and rice and drinks for only RM103
The Japanese sizzling tofu is a standout soft, silky tofu served on a hot plate with a flavorful sauce. The sweet and spicy chicken is another favourite, with just the right kick of heat and sweetness. Overall, a satisfying spot for hearty, flavourful meals at a reasonable price.
Totally superb! Service staff were all very friendly and welcoming, gave good recommendations of their signature dishes such as those attached in the pictures. Price is affordable, portion value for money :) (around RM26 per person)
Hidden gem. Very reasonable pricing. Yau Pheng Yau Lang. Good service. Nice and cozy environment. The curry fish is tasty. The braised pork belly with chicken feet is unique and delicious.
The service is good food big portion reasonably priced. The dishes are delish especially the prawns with chee cheong fun. The Thai style steamed lala & sotong is yummy too but should have more gravy as meehoon soaked up the gravy so a bit dry. Their must have prolong cutlet with onion is tender & juicy. Highly recommend this hidden gem
Just checked out the newly opened Hooray Restaurant! Since there were only two of us, we kept it simple — ordered two dishes: spinach and kangkong cooked in a clay pot and twice-cooked pork (stir-fried pre-boiled pork slices) 回锅肉. Both dishes were delicious — flavorful, well-balanced, and cooked just right. The prices were very reasonable too! Definitely a spot worth visiting again — no pitfalls, just good food and friendly vibes. Highly recommended!
Need to make reservation on weekends. We went at 6pm, have time limit until 7.30pm as restaurant is full house. Food is ok, service is fast, atmosphere is ok though a bit noisy. Place has excellent deco, is clean and air-conditioned.
